Diploma or bachelor?

After the reform of the Russian system of higher education there is some confusion with concepts such as “expert”, “master” and “bachelor”. Employers for the last two entries in the diploma of the applicant vacant seats are a bit skeptical, as “graduate” all the same familiar.
