The Polish Air force was created in the distant 1918 in parallel with the Declaration of independence of the state. These troops participated in the war of Poland and Soviet Russia.

History

Before this bloody massacre years of aviation in Poland, was not separately taken military units. Almost 750 planes of various types that were consolidated into 6 aviation regiments, divisions were based on bases not far from Krakow, Warsaw, Poznan, Lida, Vilnius, Torun and the city. So in July 1939, the government decided to transfer most of the military aircraft to the subordination of the land forces with simultaneous formation of the remaining aircraft of bomber and fighter crews. Defensive war

Interception

Cancellation of old aircraft

Contract with Ukraine

By the end of fall 2016 on the 23rd aviation tactical base in Minsk Mazowiecki will be delivered, 40 missiles R-27Р1 that produces Kyiv state joint stock holding company "Artem".
