Cheesecake dessert can easily turn an ordinary family dinner into a festive. Oddly enough, this cream also has several variants, depending on the additives and cooking methods. But let's start in order.

Cheese cream recipe

You need:

  • 200 ml cream 25% fat (and butter);
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • Sugar (100 grams);
  • 4 yolks of egg;
  • Vanilla;
  • Nuts, berries or raisins (to taste).

First mix the vanilla, sugar and egg yolks. The mixture should be stirred thoroughly. Then whip the cream. Next you need to RUB the cottage cheese through a sieve and combine with the yolk mass. To the mixture add raisins or nuts, depending on what you chose. This can be prunes, and apricots, as well as any berries or even cinnamon with cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly, with the help of a blender.

Cheese cream recipe which, as you can see, fairly simple, can be used as a layer for the cake. As a dessert it is served in portion cups.

For preparation you will need:

  • Cottage cheese (400 grams)
  • 2 eggs
  • Any jam (2 tbsp);
  • Sugar (100 grams);
  • Lemon liqueur (2 tablespoons) or half a lemon;
  • Cocoa powder (1 tbsp);
  • Salt (a pinch).

You Need to RUB the cottage cheese through a sieve, beat with a mixer the eggs with the salt and sugar. Then gently mix the beaten eggs with cottage cheese and divide the mixture into 3 equal parts. Add one cocoa in the other lemon liqueur or chopped zest, the third – jam.

You will need:

  • Butter (200 grams);
  • Half a tin of condensed milk;
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese.

You will need:

  • A Cup of cream (fat content of not less than 25%);
  • Cottage cheese (200 grams);
  • 2 sweet oranges;
  • Condensed milk (1 tbsp);
  • Sugar (2 tbsp.).

The Peeled orange wedges, you need to sprinkle sugar. Meanwhile, whip the cream. Condensed milk mix with cream cheese and add to the resulting mass of slices of orange. Next, pour in the cream. The cream is ready. It lay in kremanki and decorate with slices of orange.

You Can add cheese mousse and gelatin, enough 4 grams. In this case, the taste of the cream will be slightly different.
