Boil the noodles (200 grams) for three minutes, meanwhile heat a pan and pour in her vegetable oil. Lightly fry the tofu (200 grams), after about five minutes add the garlic and grated ginger (to taste) cut into small pieces mushrooms (15 pieces) and hot red pepper (half a pod). Later – leeks, grated carrots (for 1 thing) and spice (1 spoon): sugar, salt, soy sauce. Cook until soft mushrooms and carrots. Then put in a bowl of noodles, and top – a vegetable side dish. Noodles (400 grams) cooked until soft for 3 minutes and mixed in a bowl with eggs (2 pieces), cooked shrimp (6 pieces), leeks (1 piece), soy sauce (75 grams) bean sprouts (a quarter Cup).

In a pan, lightly fry the tofu, then added to it a mixture with noodles, all fried 4 minutes until cooked eggs. Noodles with shrimps and egg is laid in the dish, watered with lemon juice or lime and decorated with crushed peanuts.

These are great dishes you can prepare with this product. Don't worry if you can't find it in the store, because it is easy to prepare at home. All you need: flour (2.5 cups), water (2/3 Cup) and salt (teaspoon). Dissolve salt in water, pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add all the water. Then knead the dough for 10 minutes, wrap in plastic wrap and put it under a flat press to form a pellet. Roll out the dough thickness of 3 mm, sprinkling it with flour, fold three times and cut the noodle strips at 5 mm. Cooked noodles should be cooked immediately after cooking and then mix with all ingredients, fry, simmer and serve.
