Drama "the Lovely bones" and its main character George Harvey: a brief overview of the film and the character

“the Lovely bones" is a heavy drama, is a film adaptation of the novel written by Alice Sebold. The film was released in 2009 and received very good reviews. Which is not surprising as the film is really strong.

Storyline

From the first minutes the audience is acquainted with a girl named Susie salmon living in a small town in Pennsylvania with my parents, younger sister and brother. Girl – happy teenager. With dreams, plans, good soul and loving heart.

But that's just a few minutes after the beginning of the film, Susie shocking the viewer with the phrase – in early December 1973, she was killed. The man who did this to her – George Harvey. Absolutely not suspicious at first glance, the man living in the house opposite. Even pretty – in big glasses and with wheat mustache. He agonsit, making doll houses for children. And grows the most beautiful roses. He killed Susie, and even abused her.

But the girl is not dead. The film says – the person dying, not going away, does not disappear or dissolve. He continues to live in another world. And Susie – she watches over her loved ones, her lover, whom she never met, wishing that George Harvey was punished.

A killer

Violent criminal played by Stanley Tucci. George Harvey, as it turns out in the course of the film, killed not only suzy, but another woman who had rented a house, and other little girls. It's awful. The smallest of them was six years old. George Harvey clearly has mental problems. Committing the crime, he still lived for a long time them, remembering the time of the murder of innocent victims. But then again they possessed a desire. And he's looking for a new victim.
