What is due to the complication of studying the processes of amitiza? The fact that the phenomenon is difficult to define on morphological grounds. This definition is unreliable. The inability to clearly define the signs of the morphology of the process of amitiza is based on the fact that not every nuclear constriction is a sign of amitiza. And even gentlemena its shape, which is clearly expressed in the nucleus, may relate only to the rolling type. Also the bottleneck of the kernel may be a consequence of errors in the phenomenon of the previous division by mitosis. Usually the process of amitiza leads to doubling of the cell nucleus. The repetition of this phenomenon creates a cell with many nuclei. Thus, amicos produces cells with the chromosome set in polyploid type.


Summing up, we can say that amicos – it is a process during which the cell is divided into a direct type, that is, is the division of the nucleus into two parts. The process itself is not able to provide the cell division is equal, identical halves. This also applies to information on the heredity of the cell.
