The future poet was born in Konstantinovo (Ryazan oblast), in the ancient village, which is freely stretched between forests and fields on the right Bank of the Oka. The nature of God's inspired, no wonder that here was born a genius with the loyal Russian soul.

The poet's Father, Alexander Nikitich Yesenin (1873-1931), was from his youth sang in the Church choir. He was a peasant, but the peasant are not good, because it really harnessed the horse could not. Therefore, I went to work in Moscow to the merchant Krylov, who kept a butcher's shop. Alexander Yesenin

The poet's Mother, Tatiana Titova (1873-1955.), was also from a peasant family. She almost his entire life, he lived in Konstantinovo. Ryazan oblast almost cried. Tatiana gave to his son Sergei strength and confidence in the talent, without this he would never have dared to go to Petersburg.

Yesenin's Parents were not happily married, but the mother all his life lived with a heavy heart and a terrible pain in my heart, and there were serious reasons.

Brother Alexander razgulyaev

Not everyone knows, but near the poet's grave at the Vagankovskoye cemetery there is a tomb of the brother-in-Esenina at the mother – Alexander Razgulyaeva. The thing is that Tatiana, while still very young, married Alexander Nikitich not for love. Parents Yesenin somehow just did not get along. The father immediately after the wedding returned to Moscow, in a butcher's shop of the merchant Krylov, where he worked. Tatiana was a woman with character and not get along either with the husband or mother-in-law.

The son of Sergei, she was sent for education to her parents, and she in 1901 left for jobs in Tennessee and there met, as it then seemed, his great love. But the delusion soon passed, and from this sinful love, had a son, Alexander (1902-1961.).

Konstantinovo Ryazan oblast

Tatiana wanted to get a divorce, but her husband did not give. The boy she had to give nurse E. P. Razgulyaevo and write her name. From that moment her life turned into a nightmare, she suffered and yearned for the baby, sometimes visited him, but could not take it. Sergei Yesenin learned about it in 1916, but they met only in 1924 in his grandfather – Fyodor Titov.

Alexander Nikitich Yesenin wrote to his eldest daughter Catherine, who then lived at Beneslavskii not to take they to his Alexander Razgulyaeva, as it was very painful to move it. Grudge against the mother were in the heart of a poet. Though he understood that brother Alexander is innocent, however, the warm relations.

Alexander razgulyaev, of course, was proud of his brother. He lived a humble life of a railroad worker, raised four children. All of his terrible memories of the orphaned childhood he described in “Autobiography”.

Yesenin was and two beloved sisters: Catherine (1905-1977), Alexander (1911-1981).. Catherine followed her brother from Konstantinovo went to Moscow. There, she helped him in the literary and publishing matters, and then after his death became the Keeper of his archives. Catherine married a close friend of Esenin – Vasily Nasedkin, repressed and executed by NKVD in 1937 on trumped-up "the case of letters”. She received a sentence of two years. Died of a heart attack in Moscow.

The Second sister's name was Alexandra. It is also a lot of work and effort to create museums Yesenin, providing photographs, manuscripts and other valuable family heirlooms and artifacts. The difference with the brother she was 16 years old. He affectionately called her Shurenkai. At the end of 1924, after returning from abroad, he took her to Moscow. The mother blessed her Tikhvin icon of the Mother of God, which is now at the Yesenin Museum in Moscow. The poet adored his sisters and got great pleasure from communicating with them.

Yesenin for a long time brought up of the parents of his mother. My grandmother's name was Natalia Evtikhieva (1847 -1911.), a grandfather – Fedor A. (1845-1927), was In their family, except the granddaughter of Ann, lived three sons. Thanks to his grandmother Yesenin became acquainted with folklore. She had told him many tales, sang songs and ditties. The poet himself has admitted that Granny's stories prompted him to write the first poems. Grandfather Fedor was a man of faith who is familiar with the Church books, so each night their house was read.

Moving to the father

After Graduating from Spas-Klepiki Church-teacher school in 1912 and received the diploma of teacher of school certificates, Yesenin immediately moved to his father in Moscow shchipok str in the Big strochenovskiy pereulok 24 (now the Museum of Yesenin).

family Yesenin

Alexander Yesenin was glad his arrival and thought that the son will be his reliable assistant, but was very disappointed when he announced that he wanted to be a poet. First, he helped his father, but then began to bring their ideas to life and got a job in a printing house of I. D. Sytin. Then I will once again retell his biography, which is already quite well-known, but rather try to understand what it was for.

Pohabnik and kicker

He was often spoken a lot of unpleasant things. Riot and drunkenness was indeed not uncommon in the life of the poet, but for his talent and service to the poetry he treated seriously and with great respect. According to statements of the poet and the words of people close to him, such as Ilya Schneider, in a state of intoxication, he wrote.

As a poet of conscience he could not remain silent and, feeling pain for the country, which plunged into complete chaos, devastation and famine, began to use his poetry as a weapon against the government (“Dissuaded Golden grove...”, “We are now going a little...», « Soviet Russia» and «Russia is going”).

Tatiana Titova

The Last work of his was of symbolic name – “a Country of rascals”. After writing the life of Yesenin has changed dramatically, it began to slack off and blame the drunkenness and alcoholism. The poet was repeatedly interrogated by men of the GPU, which "sewed" to it. Initially wanted to convict him of anti-Semitism, then there were some developments. Granddaughter of Leo Tolstoy Sofia in the winter of 1925 helped him escape from persecution, agreeing with the head of the Professor by Gannushkina about giving the poet a separate chamber. But there were informants, and Yesenin again ”took on the fly”. On 28 December he brutally murdered under the disguise of suicide.

Family Yesenin

In 1914 Esenin lived in a civil marriage with a proofreader Anna Romanovna Izryadnova (1891-1946.). She bore him a son George, who, after graduating from the Moscow aviation College, did military service in Khabarovsk, but he was shot in 1937 on a false charge. The mother died never knowing the fate of his son.

In 1917, the poet married Zinaida raikh – a Russian actress and future wife of the Director Vsevolod Meyerhold. Family Yesenin has got two children: Tatiana (1918-1992 years), which then became a writer and reporter, and Constantine (1920-1986.), who became a journalist and a football statistician. But the couple again something did not work, and in 1921 they were officially divorced.

Almost immediately there was a meeting of Yesenin with the American dancer Isadora Duncan, whom he married in six months. Together they traveled throughout Europe and the United States. But upon returning home, unfortunately, broke up.

The Dramatic story played out with the Secretary Yesenin Galina Benislavskaya, which was his real and true friend in the most difficult moments for him. With her, he met and sometimes lived with her. They met in 1920. After the poet's death in 1926 she shot herself on his grave at the cemetery Vagankovsky. She was buried next to him.
