I guess in the modern world there is a very small number of people who don't know the most famous Italian dish-pizza. In ancient times this dish was considered a food of the commoners, and looked rather primitive. Let's see how to cook Focaccia.

In warm water, put 8 g of yeast and leave to dissolve for 10-15 minutes. Then in a separate bowl pour 750 g of pre-sifted flour and pour in the water with the yeast, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. The resulting mass, begin to knead, adding a small amount of olive oil. Then about 1 hour give the dough to stand.

Once the dough has rested, on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet spread the dough and with your hands give it a rectangular shape.

The cake sprinkle with black pepper, seasoning, cheese (cut cubes and grated) and garlic (crushed through a press) mixed with olive oil.

You Then hand gently press the toppings and leave the dough to stand for 15 minutes. When you will see that the dough rises, it is possible to send for 20 minutes in oven preheated to 200 degrees.
