It is Hardly necessary again to address the question of what primary education, forming General educational skills and attaching skills, determines the success of the child in all subsequent learning.

1. The concept of primary education

Primary education is the first and most important step in education. Later it will be middle and high school, someone can continue their studies in College or University, but it is from this stage depends on many things. Why? In this span kids get their first knowledge about the world around them, learn to communicate with peers and adults, solve different applied tasks. At this stage begins to form and develop the personality of the child.

School education in Russia is obligatory and public. Reaching the age of 6.5 years, in the absence of medical contraindications children sit at school desks. It is important to note that in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation primary education for a child must begin no later they reach eight years of age.

The initial stage of training required are the following items:

  • Visual arts;
  • Foreign language
  • Mathematics,
  • Music;
  • The world;
  • Russian language;
  • Technology;
  • Physical culture;
  • Reading.

Of Course, such a school program can be implemented only with the necessary conditions. Training in some subjects may be discounts. For example, the second class, in accordance with the Federal program, the child should begin learning a foreign language, and the third is to learn computer knowledge. However  this is done only if the school has adequate number of teachers of a foreign language and are available in technically advanced computer class.

2. Primary education: the pursued goal

  • Encouraging the desire to acquire new knowledge;
  • The acquisition of the experience necessary to implement a variety of activities;
  • The development of both moral and aesthetic senses;
  • The preservation and promotion of the child's personality;
  • Formation of positive attitude to themselves and to the world;
  • Stimulation of interest in teaching;
  • Strengthening of children's health (physical and mental);
  • Formation not only of the child's personality, but his creative abilities.

3. Initial training: the principles of organization

During the school year, elementary school all subjects, usually conducted by the same teacher. Except in such specific lessons as the fine arts, physical education, music (or choir) and a foreign language.

In the first class allowed to give children only a positive assessment (“good” and “excellent”, respectively, “4” and “5”). Besides, now quite frequently practiced so-called comic print three colors: blue, green and red. They “reward” pupils for effort and satisfactory performance.

But starting in second grade, the child receives all assessments, including including grade and year. Becomes mandatory presence of the diary, but at the end of the school year each are awarded to outstanding certificates or letters of appreciation.

After graduating from elementary school the student must be able to consciously observe the surrounding objects, to describe them and to characterize it. In addition, there should be no difficulty with a comparison of several items or objects, identifying a number of similarities and differences, and unite on the common basis, the difference part from the whole.

A Diligent student knows how to make the simple measuring devices and the measured data is subsequently used to build the required ratios and solve problems.

In addition, the student is usually able to solve creative problems, to plan actions, to improvise and to play a role in an imaginary situation.

In principle, we can safely say that the subsequent higher or secondary professional education begins to take shape at this stage.
